No Return Policy
At DDS Vape Shop, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item is purchased. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@ddsvape.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any questions about specific items, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Since we do not accept returns, we recommend that you double-check your order before confirming the purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
As per our no return policy, we do not offer refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ddsvape.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
